Secure local servers
We are deeply committed to your privacy and security. Videos and other user content is stored securely on software designed, developed and owned by us, hosted on our infrastructure and hardware co-located within the European Economic Area (EEA) and in ISO/IEC 27001 certified data centres. We can therefore promise that no third party has access to your private and confidential data.
No selling of user data to advertisers
We aim to provide our users with the best ad-free experience while using Nian. To ensure this, the Nian App does not track your user data as a means to target you with advertisements. As a matter of fact, we do not provide any room for advertisements on Nian!
Contact management
When someone wants to add you to their Nian friends list, they need to send you a friend invitation. You can either accept or deny the invitation. We suggest mindfully choosing your contacts and only adding the people closest to you as contacts on Nian.
Active monitoring of user reports and complaints
We keep a close eye on all user reports and complaints sent to us through Nian. After receiving a report, we perform a thorough review and take action against a user if their content violates our Acceptable Use Policy. You can also take matters into your own hands by unfriending or blocking a user from interacting with you.
